Hey everyone, 
so i know i’ve been really slack lately about posting progress photos and IM SORRY but… I wanted my next photo to be under 80kg… and this one is!
I took the 2nd photo this morning after weighing in at 79.7kg
Also this is a 16 week (just under 4 month) progress shot
so between these photos i’ve:
Lost about 8 or 9 kilos
Gone from pressing (standing and pushing above my head) 3kg to 15kg
Gained a whole heap of confidence
ALSO FORMAL IS IN 4 DAYS

Hey there! I’m kind of a lurker on here, never having posted before, but I was feeling like I needed some reinforcement recently, and help sticking to my goals. I fell off the wagon with vacations and whatnot (LIFE) and I’m getting back on track :) 
This all started back in 2011- I worked for a company that had a “Biggest Loser” challenge- so I decided to join, I cut out gluten from my diet for two weeks and went paleo. I had never felt so good in my life. I had so much energy! Now, I’m still gluten free and try to eat clean. I was going to my gym at work regularly, then about a year and a half ago I decided to really get into gear and try crossfit. Man, it kicked my ass in a way the gym never had. (Don’t worry, I’m not going to rant about how great it is- even though I want to) I was laid off, and have been bouncing around for a while now, and lost momentum with consistency- but that’s all part of the process. These progress pics are over a period of years- and I think it’s important to show that everyone has their own pace- and that small changes can make a difference over time.
